Turntable, Tonearm and cartridge were bought at Kuzma Ltd. company. The company assembled all above mentioned parts (top platter is not yet assembled, it's in separate packaging so as to not damage the turntable in transit) together in the factory, in such a way as to enable the product to be transported in its assembled form. The original packing of the individual parts was no longer suitable for the factory assembled set. 
The tonearm is factory-protected against any impact or damage in transit. 
The tonearm and cartridge are already factory calibrated by Kuzma Ltd.
The turntable, tonearm and cartridge were not yet used - brand new, just placed on the shelf as seen
in the published photo. 
Turntable, Tonearm and cartridge are new and never used. I am first owner. All mentioned products were never used (0 hours of use) and are not damaged. Turntable was only put on the shelf, but never used, so it is practically new.
